Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship across India using trusted delivery partners.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

  • For international orders, kindly contact us before purchase for customized shipping details.

Return Policy

We ensure every Yora Ethnic saree passes through quality checks before shipping. However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.

Return eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns accepted only for defective or wrong items.

  • Once approved, you may opt for a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Slight variations in weave, texture, or color are natural in handcrafted sarees and reflect their authenticity — not defects.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
