Returns
- Timeframe: We offer a 72-hour return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- Eligibility: Please note that we only accept returns for products priced at 2699 INR and below. Items priced above this are non-returnable as per our policy. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@yoraethnic.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately at support@yoraethnic.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.
Please note that exchanges are not available for customized sarees or sarees that have undergone fall and edging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@yoraethnic.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products tailored to your specifications.
- Sarees purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or festival promotions.
- Sarees that have been altered (e.g., fall and edging).
- Items priced above 2699 INR.
Not satisfied?
In select cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a small gesture, such as store credit for future purchases or a partial cashback.
Any such offer will be discussed with you directly, and the final decision rests with our customer care team. Please understand that while we aim to ensure positive experiences, these gestures are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
We are sad to hear that you want to cancel the order, we would have loved if you would have tried our sarees to see how beautiful they look on you! Anyways, Currently we do not have option to cancel the saree once the order is placed, you can choose to not accept it at the time of the delivery.
